Touchstone Capital Partners (“TCP”) today announced a further strategic milestone in the development of the Touchstone Ecosystem, with the allocation of equity interests to selected strategic investors in preparation for the proposed Hong Kong IPO and broader international capital-market strategy.

The proposed transaction is intended to create a scalable listed platform through which Touchstone can mobilise institutional and strategic capital to develop and finance major real-economy projects across multiple global markets.

Build the ecosystem. Aggregate strategic assets and projects. Connect global capital. Scale through the public markets.

A global platform, not a single-project company

The proposed IPO is designed to provide the capital-market foundation for a broader ecosystem of operating businesses, infrastructure platforms, project-development vehicles and strategic investments. While the initial focus will be strongly concentrated on oil & gas and natural-resource infrastructure, the long-term platform is expected to expand across several essential economic sectors.

Core Touchstone Ecosystem

  • Energy and resources: upstream, midstream, downstream, gas-to-power, mining
  • Water and essential infrastructure: treatment, supply, industrial and municipal systems
  • Agriculture and food security: production, processing, storage and supply chains
  • Power and clean energy: gas-fired generation, renewables, hybrid and transition projects

Strategic investor allocation

As part of the preparation for the proposed IPO, Touchstone has begun allocating shares to selected strategic investors. These investors are expected to play a broader role than simply providing capital, potentially contributing:

  • International capital and institutional relationships
  • Technology and industrial expertise
  • Project-development capabilities
  • Regional market access
  • Government and institutional relationships

First priority: oil and gas and natural resources

The initial phase will place particular emphasis on oil and gas, mining and related infrastructure across the full value chain — upstream resource development, midstream storage and marine logistics, downstream refining and petrochemicals, and gas-to-power generation. This strategy is directly aligned with Touchstone’s flagship development programme, including the proposed Ghana Oil & Gas Hub.

The IPO as a capital engine

Capital → Projects → Assets → Cash Flow → Growth → More Capital

The ultimate ambition is for Touchstone to establish a network of regional hubs and strategic platforms — African energy hubs, mining and mineral hubs, agricultural and food-security hubs, water infrastructure hubs, power and clean-energy hubs, and industrial and logistics hubs — with the Ghana Oil & Gas Hub serving as the first flagship example.
