Touchstone Capital Partners is continuing to expand its multi-sector investment ecosystem, with the group highlighting progress across its business platforms and international development strategy.
Over the past three quarters, Touchstone has focused on developing multiple business lines under its integrated “platform economy” and ecosystem strategy, connecting investment, infrastructure, technology, finance and operating businesses. The company says its platform now spans sectors including new energy, healthcare, oil & gas, mining, agriculture, supply chain, financial services, infrastructure and media/digital businesses.
A key element of the strategy is to build businesses that can operate across borders while creating connections between different parts of the ecosystem. Touchstone says its model is designed to combine existing and future cash flows with investment and technology capabilities, creating larger platforms rather than operating projects in isolation.
Expanding the international footprint
Touchstone’s published materials describe activities and projects spanning multiple international markets. Its platform strategy is intended to support cross-border expansion and develop integrated business hubs connecting capital, infrastructure, energy, logistics, technology and local businesses.
One recent example is Ghana, where Touchstone Capital Partners and the Petroleum Hub Development Corporation reaffirmed their commitment in August 2026 to the US$12 billion Lot One Petroleum Hub Project. The proposed development combines energy, manufacturing, logistics, finance, technology and human-capital development.
Building businesses through an ecosystem model
Touchstone’s current strategy places emphasis on creating synergies between its platforms. Its energy, mining, healthcare, supply-chain and financial platforms are designed to connect capital with operating businesses and infrastructure projects, while technology and digitalisation are intended to support transparency, efficiency and scalability.
Creating larger platforms rather than operating projects in isolation.
Touchstone Capital Partners’ three-quarter progress therefore reflects a broader strategy: developing an international, multi-business ecosystem rather than relying on a single industry or market. The company says this approach is intended to support long-term international expansion and create larger integrated platforms across different countries and sectors.
